The company MG was founded in 1924, the work of Cecil Kimber, a salesman at Morris Garages. In addition to his interest in designing cars, Cecil was also an avid racing driver.

1930’s brought quite a few successes on the race track, and the make shot to
stardom. Not surprisingly all MGs since have really had racing as their
inspiration. MGs currently offer 7 models, as well as approved used cars. They
market themselves, in their own words, to ‘bold, confidant, adventurous,
